摘要
提出了纳秒激光加工微纳米木纤维工艺的基本流程,搭建加工实验台并介绍了加热过程的控制原理。推导出纳秒激光发生器热量计算公式,分析实验结果后,指出纳秒激光加工技术的利弊,可为其工业化生产应用提供基础数据。
The basic process of the technology that nanosecond laser processing micro/nano wood fiber is Put for ward and the testbed is built as well as introduced the control principle of heating process. Nanosecond laser generator heat calculation formula was derived and experimental results were analyzed. The paper also pointed out the pros and cons of nanosecond laser processing,which provided the basic data for the application of industrial production.
