摘要
为研究某轿车的悬架性能,应用ADAMS软件完成了悬架的建模,并对车轮定位参数,主销内倾角、主销后倾角、前轮外倾角、前轮前束、轮胎接地点侧向滑移量进行测量,生成了车轮定位参数基于车轮跳动量的变化曲线。对模型的结构进行了参数化,并在不同结构参数下进行了多次仿真,对所得结果进行了分析。
To study the suspension performance of a certain car, a suspension model is established using ADAMS and based on the measured wheel alignment parameters, including kingpin inclination angle, kingpin caster angle, front-wheel camber,toe-in of front wheel and lateral slip of the tire ground,the changing curve of wheel alignment parameter in relation to the wheel jerk value is created. Some simulations are carried out with the different structure parameter based on the parameterized model structure parameter and the result is analyzed.
