极性转换大体积样品堆积-区带毛细管电泳法分析山奈酚、木犀草素和槲皮素 被引量:6

Analysis of Kaempferol,Luteolin and Quercetin in Celsosia Cristata L by Large Volume Sample Stacking with Polarity Switching

摘要 建立了一种极性转换大体积样品堆积在线富集区带毛细管电泳法分析鸡冠花水煎液中山奈酚、木犀草素和槲皮素的方法。该方法灵敏度较常规静压力进样提高了60~96倍,检出限为55.3~75.8 ng/m L,迁移时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为0.98%~1.62%和3.54%~4.09%。用于分析鸡冠花实际样品的回收率为82%~114%。 The sensitivity of capillary electrophoretic separation of kaempferol,luteolin and quercetin was enhanced by utilization of large volume sample stacking with polarity switching( LVSSPS). Compared to normal hydrodynamic sample injection,the sensitivity of the three analytes was enhanced 60 ~ 96 times and the detection limits were 55. 3 ~ 75. 8 ng / m L. The relative standard deviation of the three analytes based on migration time and peak area were in the range of 0. 98% ~ 1. 62% and 3. 54% ~4. 09%,respectively. The developed method was applied to analyze Celsosia cristata L real samples and the recoveries were in the range of 82% ~ 114%.
