摘要
标题化合物是一种重要的医药及农药中间体,它和氨基酸反应生成的衍生物应用发展前景广泛。以间二甲苯为主要原料,经侧链氯化、环上氯化、水解和脱羰基4步反应合成了标题化合物。通过单因素实验,研究了以上4步反应的关键影响因素,初步得到了适宜的合成条件,标题化合物的收率63.03%(以间二甲苯计),纯度99.2%,满足应用要求。产物核磁共振波谱分析表明,其特征与3,5-二氯苯甲酰氯一致。
3,5-Dichlorobenzoyl chloride is an important pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediate,the derivatives obtained by reacting with amino acid occupy an important position in bioapplication. In this work,3,5-dichlorobenzoyl chloride is prepared from m-xylene by side chain chlorination,ring chlorination,hydrolysis and decarbonylation. The main factors effecting the above four procedures are studied through single factor experiments,and optimum condition is obtained,the yield( calculated by xlene) and the purity of 3,5-dichloro-benzoyl chloride is 63. 03% and 99. 2%,respectively,and quality satisfies the commercial requirement. The1 HMNR spectra is consistent with the character of 3,5-dichlorobenzoyl chloride.
