摘要
为解决纸与纸板定量、水分含量、外观质量等问题,介绍了通过检测其横幅定量从而调节稀释水阀或唇口开度,来改变相应点的横幅定量的自动控制方法;研究了一种可调喷嘴热泵用于纸机烘缸的低压蒸汽回收、冷凝水闪蒸汽循环的方法;研发了一种纸病检测系统WIS,用于在线检测,可与切纸机联接,剔除次品。这些措施对确保产品质量、提高生产效率、节能降耗都具有重要意义。
In order to resolve the problems of basis weight of paper and board, moisture content, appearance quality and so on, an automatic control method of changing the related basis weight in cross direction by adjusting water valve or the opening of the slices was introduced. Another method of a heat pump with adjustable nozzle, which was used in law-pressure steam recovery and condensate fl ash evaporation cycle of the dryer in paper machines, was studied. Moreover, a paper defects detection system, WIS, was developed, which is utilized on-line detection and connected with cutting machine to eliminate the defective products. The measures mentioned in the article will play an important role in guaranteeing the quality of products, improving the production effi ciency, saving energy and reducing consumption.
