摘要
提出一种水洞中螺旋桨轴系艉支承结构轴承处载荷的辨识原理,该方法通过实测的支承反力反求施加在艉轴承处的作用力。侧重于测试方法的原理描述,通过建立艉支承结构的简化模型,对有预应力的支承结构的载荷-力响应关系进行推导,得到了结构轴承处的载荷-支承反力的解析表达式,然后在此基础上构建轴承处载荷的辨识原理。仿真结果表明,该方法辨识精度较高,可用于水洞中螺旋桨轴系艉轴承处的载荷辨识。
A principle for identifying stern bearing loads of a propeller shaft system in a water tunnel was presented here.With this method,the loads on the sthern bearing surface were obtained through directly measuring support reactions.The principle of the measuring method was described here,the simplified model of a bearing-support structure was established.The load- force-response relationship of a pre-loaded support structure was deduced,the analytical expressions for bearing loads-support reactions was acquired.Furthermore,an identification algorithm for bearing loads was established.Simulation results showed that this method has a relatively high precision,and is suitable for the stern bearing load identification of a propeller shaft system in a water tunnel.
