The article elaborates the purpose of putting up post-cast strip in bottom plate of basement, discusses the influencing factors of post-cast strip width design and the methods of width valuing, and points out that the minimum width of post-cast strip is restricted by the removal of template and cleaning of garbage, and is widened with the increasing of thickness of bottom plate. Simultaneously, the article proposes that the steel shear bearing can be decreased by ＂eight＂ side approach of post-cast strip.
