介绍了某超长引水隧洞混凝土衬砌管片的裂缝情况,分析了裂缝产生的原因,详细阐述了缝宽≥0.2 mm的裂缝采用水溶性聚氨酯浆材进行化学灌浆、缝宽<0.2 mm的裂缝采用单组分聚脲进行表面封闭的施工工艺,并总结了工程中采取的安全措施,以供类似工程参考。
The article introduces the crack issues of some super-long diversion tunnel's concrete lining segment and gives an analysis on the causes of the cracks. It elaborates on the construction technology of chemical grouting for the cracks of more than 0.2 mm width with water-soluble polyurethane material, and closing the cracks of less than 0.2 mm with single component polyurea from the surface, and it also summarizes the safety precautions of this project for the reference of similar projects.
