摘要
未经处理或虽经处理但不达标排放的改性沥青防水卷材生产废气,污染大气环境、危害人体健康,是制约防水材料清洁生产的难题。本文在分析改性沥青防水卷材生产中废气产生的原因、特点和治理复杂性的基础上,对比了几种废气处理方法的优缺点,介绍了新开发的改性沥青防水卷材生产废气处理系统的主要组成、工艺路线设计和技术特点。经国内几家防水材料企业实际应用检验,处理效果良好,基本达到设计初衷。
Untreated or after treatment but not up to the standard exhausted fume from modified asphah waterproofing membrane, assembly line, which will cause air pollution and is harmful to human health, is the problem to restrict cteaner production of waterproofing membrane. This article compares advantages and disadvantages of several common methods for fume disposal according to analyses of causes, characteristics and governance complexity of fume, and introduces the innovated fume disposal system including its composition, design of process line and characteristics of technology. The system has been applied in several domestic plants and its treatment effect is good and reaches the original design.
