摘要
在阐述智慧物流和综合交通发展现状的基础上,运用协同学、组织管理理论,描述了智慧物流与综合交通协同发展的运行模式,并着重分析了限制二者协同发展的因素,主要包括管理体制与目标的制约、市场监管与培育的制约、系统内外运营能力的制约、配套设施系统的制约以及科研与信息化建设的制约,最后搭建二者协同发展的管理模式,期望能助力智慧物流与综合交通的协同发展。
In this paper, on the basis of an introduction of the current status of smart logistics and comprehensive transportation, we used the synergetics and organizational management theory to describe the operational mode of the coordinated development of the two, then focused on the major restrictive factors, such as management institution and objective, market regulation and nurturing, internal and external system operational capacity, supportive facility system, and scientific research and IT development, and at the end built the management mode to facilitate the collaborative development of the two.
