摘要 以物流企业服务质量改进为关注焦点,分析了服务质量改进的动因,提出了物流企业服务质量改进策略,给出了服务质量改进中的若干建议,以吸引更多顾客,赢得顾客资产,降低物流企业运作成本,最终提升物流企业核心竞争力。 In this paper, focusing on the improvement of the service quality of logistics enterprises, we analyzed the driving factors behind the improvement of service quality, proposed the strategy the logistics enterprises could take to improve their service quality and at the end gave several suggestions with the ultimate purpose of upgrading their core eompetitivity.
