我国灾害性事件应急物流法律保障机制问题与对策

Countermeasures for Issues in Legal Support Mechanism of Catastrophic Event Emergency Logistics in China

从应急物流的内涵与灾害性事件应急物流的特点出发,阐述了我国灾害性事件应急物流法律体系现状,分析了其法律保障机制中存在的问题。最后针对我国灾害性事件应急物流系统法律保障机制中存在的问题,从完善法律法规、加快应急物流标准化立法、完善资源征用补偿机制等方面提出了相应策略。

In this paper, starting from the connotation of emergency logistics and the characteristics of the catastrophic event emergency logistics, we introduced the current status of the legal and regulatory system concerning it in China, analyzed the issues in its legal support mechanism, and in light of such, proposed the corresponding strategies such as increasing legislative effort, accelerating logistics standardization and perfecting the cnmpensatinn system for resource expropriated, etc.
