物流企业服务创新评价指标体系研究

Study on Service Innovation Evaluation Index System of Logistics Enterprises

通过剖析当前物流企业服务创新的制约因素,在深入理解物流企业服务创新内涵的基础上,进行大量文献分析和专家问卷,最终确定了18个衡量物流企业服务创新能力的指标,最后对指标进行权重排序进而得出评价结论。将构建的服务创新评价指标体系运用到实际的物流企业中,以量化的形式检验企业的服务创新能力,并结合评价结果给出相关建议。

In this paper, through analyzing the factors restricting the service innovation of logistics enterprises at the current stage and on the basis of an in-depth understanding of this subject, we carried out an extensive literature review and expert questionnaire survey, isolated l 8 final indexes to measure the service innovation capacity of the logistics enterprises, and at the end, weighted and ranked these indexes.
