摘要 研究由一个总承包商与多个分包商组成的建筑材料供应链的联合库存问题,在允许缺货情况下,建立联合库存成本模型,比较分析传统独立库存与联合库存的成本,证明供应链联合库存总成本优于传统独立库存总成本,并以一个总承包商、两个分包商为例,研究了联合库存下的成本分配问题,证明用Shapley值法分配成本,各参与方在联合库存下分担的成本均低于传统独立库存下的成本。 In this paper, we studied the joint inventory practice of a construction material supply chain composed of one master contractor and multiple subcontractors, established the corresponding joint inventory cost model which allowed for order backlogging, then analyzed and compared the cost of the traditional independent inventory and the joint inventory, proved the superiority of the latter and at the end in the case of a supply chain composed of one master contractor and two subcontractors, studied the cost allocalion of the supply chain under the joint inventory practice.
