摘要
通过问卷调查对亚马逊的第三方物流外包商的客户满意度进行了数据统计分析,运用灰关联模型研究了影响客户满意度的各个指标所占的比重。最后分别针对电商企业和第三方物流外包商提出了建议。
In this paper, through a questionnaire survey, we analyzed the statistical data of the customer satisfaction of the TPL outsourcers of the Amazon, used the grey correlation model to study the contribution of the various factors influencing customer satisfaction, and at the end, proposed the corresponding suggestions for the e-businesses and TPL outsourcers.
