摘要
指出独立资源是农产品流通中的特质性资源,也是农产品供应链整合的切入点,基于独立资源整合农产品供应链具有规模经济及优化资源配置动因,剖析了基于独立资源整合农产品供应链的形成机制,并提出了集群整合及联盟整合两种模式,最后还就具体整合路径提出了方法及措施。
In this paper, we analyzed the formation mechanism of the agricultural produce supply chains based on independent resources integration, then proposed two available modes which were cluster integration and alliance integration, and at the end, proposed the specific paths and measures for the integration.
