衢州市30岁以上农村居民血脂异常情况调查及影响因素分析

Investigation of dyslipidemia and its influencing factors among rural residents aged above 30 years in Quzhou City

目的探讨衢州市农村中老年居民血脂异常的发病水平及相关影响。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,抽取衢州市农村4个街道(乡镇)8个行政村1 241名30岁以上居民列入调查,通过检测血糖、血脂等血生化指标、体格检查和问卷调查进行血脂水平和影响因素调查。对结果进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果衢州市30岁以上居民血脂异常率为31.09%,男女之间无差别。血脂异常类型以高TG为主。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,慢性病家族史、BMI≥24、缺乏体育锻炼是血脂异常的危险因素。结论衢州市农村30岁以上人群血脂异常状况严重,应开展积极的健康教育,以降低血脂异常的发生率。

Objective To explore the incidence of dyslipidemia and its affecting factors among middle- aged and elderly residents in rural areas of Quzhou City. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1,241 residents aged above 30 years from 8 administrative villages of 4 streets（ towns） in rural areas of Quzhou City. Detection of blood biochemical indexes,physical checkups and questionnaire surveys were performed among the residents,and their serum lipid levels and the affecting factors were surveyed. Single- factor and multi- factor Logistic regression analyses were employed to identify the factors affecting lipid metabolism disorders. Results The incidence of dyslipidemia of rural residents aged above 30 years in Quzhou City was 31. 09%,and no difference was found between males and females. High TG prevailed among the rural residents with dyslipidemia. Multi- factor Logistic regression analysis showed that family history of chronic diseases,BMI≥24 and lack of physical exercise were the risk factors for dyslipidemia. Conclusions Dyslipidemia is prevalent among rural residents aged above 30 years in Quzhou City. It is necessary to actively carry out health education so as to decline the incidence of dyslipidemia.
