百草枯尿液检测试剂盒行床旁尿液检测在百草枯中毒中的应用

The clinical application of paraquat urine test kit for point-of-care testing urine for patient with paraquat intoxication

目的应用百草枯尿液检测试剂盒检测百草枯中毒患者的尿液,以判断其中毒程度和预后。方法使用百草枯尿液检测试剂盒对百草枯中毒患者进行多次尿液检测,回顾性分析患者尿百草枯浓度与患者病情危重度以及预后的相关性。结果 38例百草枯中毒患者存活状况与尿百草枯半定量检测结果显著相关(P<0.01)。结论应用百草枯尿液检测试剂盒可迅速检测患者尿百草枯浓度,有助于判断患者中毒程度和预后。

Objective Using paraquat urine test kit measure the paraquet＇s levels in urine of patients,in order to determine degree and prognosis of patients after paraquart intoxication.Methods To retrospective analysis the relationship between the urinary concentrations of paraquat and the patient＇s illness severity by using Paraquat urine test kit testing urine repeatedly.Results The survival status of 38 cases who was paraquat intoxication was significantl postively correlated with paraquat semi-determinalion results in urine（P〈0.01）.Conclusion By using Paraquat urine test kit,we can detect urinary concentrations of paraquat rapidly,and it is useful to determine the degree and prognosis of patients who was paraquat intoxication.
