螺旋折流板热交换器最佳结构与折流板加工新技术 被引量:3

摘要 螺旋折流板热交换器是针对弓形折流板热交换器存在流动死区、压降较大、易诱导振动及易结垢等缺陷而出现的改进方案,其中折流板的结构型式对于热交换器的性能有决定性影响。对螺旋折流板热交换器的主要结构型式、研究进展以及一种传热系数、综合性能均很高且零件数量最少、结构简单的周向重叠三分螺旋折流板热交换器进行了详细介绍,并给出了一种扇形折流板激光切割加工的新方法。 The helical baffle heat exchangers are the modified ones for eliminating the drawbacks of segment baffle heat exchangers such as stagnant flow zones, greater shell side pressure drops, liable vibration damage of tube bundle and fouling, and the structure of baffles plays a determined role on the performance of the helical baffle heat exchangers. The research progresses on helical baffle structural patterns and relative technological aspects of helical baffle heat exchangers are presented and analyzed. The circumferential overlap trisection helical baffle heat exchanger is in- troduced with high heat transfer coefficient and comprehensive index, less component parts and simple in structure. And a novel manufactory technique with laser cutting for inclined sector baf- fles is proposed.
