15MnV大型锻件超声检测不合格原因分析及改进

摘要 15MnV中含有微量合金元素V导致了其大型锻件的工艺性能变差,在实际生产中屡次出现锻件粗加工后超声检测不合格的现象。通过对原材料、锻造及热处理全过程的详细跟踪与分析,找出了超声检测不合格的主要原因,由此完善了生产工艺,达到了提高大型锻件质量的目的。 The material of contains alloying elements 15MnV large scale shell ring forging's process is deteriorated for it Vanadium. Forging process is deteriorated, which was repeatedly found in the actual production of ultrasonic testing disqualification after roughing. The location of intensive internal defects is about in the middle part of forging closer. Through to the raw materi- als, forging and heat treatment process were tracked and analyzed in detail, the main reason of leading to disqualification of ultrasonic testing was found. From this, the manufacturing tech- nique is perfect, and the goal of improving the quality of large forgings was reached.
