摘要
通过宏观、微观分析的科学方法,对MTBE装置冷却器管束进行了失效分析。结果表明,冷却器管束腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是由于冷却水在换热管内壁上严重结垢造成的,并提出了相应的整改建议。
Through macro and micro analysis of the scientific method, the failure analysis has been carried on for cooler tube bundle. Results show that of the main causes of cooler tube bundle corrosion perforation is due to the cooling water caused serious scaling on the inner wall of the heat exchange tube, and the corresponding recommendations are put forward.
