摘要
运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对某塔式起重机进行静态结构分析。通过计算塔机结构的静强度和静刚度,在指定工况下,塔机各部位中绝大部分杆件所受工作应力小于材料许用应力,其整机静刚度值大于静刚性许用值,该塔机整机静刚性不能满足使用要求,各部件杆件的静刚度均小于结构许用值,满足使用要求。计算结果为塔机及其他同类结构的设计提供了参考,证明了有限元软件在塔机结构设计中的有效性。
This paper presents the static struc-tural analysis of tower crane using ANSYS. In theanalysis of strength and stiffness of the crane, it isconcluded that the operating stress of most mem-bers of crane is less than the allowable stress of thematerial,and the static stiffness of its members isalso less than the allowable value, but the staticstiffness of the crane can't meet the requirements.The study is important in that it provides the refer-ence for the design of tower crane and other similarstructures, and proves the validity of finite elementsoftware in design of the tower crane.
