风电机组传动链建模及传动链频率分析

摘要 传动链振动是风电机组的主要振动形式之一,对风电机组的传动链模型进行了理论分析,基于二质量块-轴模型的数学模型,在Matlab Simulink中建立了风电机组的传动链模型。对模型进行了仿真分析,对比了不同参数对传动链频率的影响程度。结果表明,传动链的固有频率随着传动链等效刚度的增加而增加;随着风轮转动惯量的增加而减小;传动链的阻尼越大,对风轮转速波动和固有频率的衰减作用越明显。 The transmission chain is one of themain vibration forms of wind turbines. In this pa-per,there is theoretical analysis for wind turbinestransmission chain the model, which is based on themathematical model axis of two -mass and built uptransmission chain model of wind turbines underMatlab Simulink software. Study simulated analy-sis for the models, compared the influence of dif-ferent parameters on the frequency of transmissionchain. The results have shown that the natural fre-quency of transmission chain is increased with theincrease of equivalent stiffness and is decreasedwith the increase moment of inertia of wind tur-bines. The greater damper of transmission chain is,the much obvious of the attenuation effects forfluctuation speed and the natural frequency of windturbines.
