摘要
面向新一代飞机制造数字化、柔性化的需求,基于柔性工装技术,设计了机翼长桁检验数字化柔性工装系统。通过总体设计和综合精度分析研究,建立了基于现场总线技术的柔性工装控制系统,开发了柔性工装专用的工艺控制软件,最后把该系统应用于实际生产。与原有工装相比,该柔性工装极大地缩短了长桁检验工装的研制生产周期,降低了长桁检验工装的研制生产成本,提高了长桁检验效率,减少了厂房占用面积。
The system of digital flexible toolingfor aircraft wing stringer test of next - generationis designed based on flexible tooling method. Byanalyzing the system design and precision, controlsystem of the flexible tooling is established basedon field bus technology, process control softwarespecific to the tooling is developed, and then, thissystem is used for production. Compared to the oldtooling,this system shorten period of test toolingexceedingly,decrease the cost of the test tooling,improve the efficiency of stringer testing, reducethe occupied workshop.
