摘要
感应炉熔炼铸铁的过程中,往往会发生化学成分、金相组织不符合要求和铸造缺陷等质量问题。一些企业在感应炉系统的选用和炉衬材料使用上也存在一些问题。文中对常见的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决的方法或方案。
Qualityproblems frequently occur during the melting of cast iron using induction furnace, such as the unqualified chemical composition and metallographic structure, and some casting defects. There are also some problems in selection and using of induction furnace system and lining materials. In this paper, the problems above were analyzed and the related countermeasures were put forward.
