摘要
为研究青绿车前草对妊娠母猪生产性能的影响,采用单因子随机区组设计,选取150头体况相近、胎次一致的妊娠0 d健康长大母猪随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复5头母猪。妊娠母猪基础饲粮分为妊娠0-90 d和妊娠91 d至临产两个阶段配制,均采用玉米-豆粕型饲粮。对照组饲喂妊娠前期和妊娠后期基础饲粮;试验1组在妊娠前期按92%前期基础饲粮投喂量+8%车前草(按风干量计,下同)饲喂,妊娠后期按96%后期基础饲粮投喂量+4%车前草投喂;试验2组在妊娠前期按96%前期基础饲粮投喂量+4%车前草饲喂,妊娠后期按98%后期基础饲粮投喂量+2%车前草投喂。结果显示,母猪妊娠期使用青绿车前草,可极显著降低母猪便秘率(P〈0.01),背膘厚增加值有较大改善,较大提升产仔性能。与对照组相比,试验1组母猪妊娠前期和后期便秘率分别降低80.74%(P〈0.01)和81.63%(P〈0.01),都为3组最低水平;妊娠前期、后期和妊娠全期背膘厚增加值分别提高67.25%(P〈0.01)、40.87%(P〈0.05)和53.94%(P〈0.01),都为3组最高水平;窝产活仔数、初生仔猪成活率、初生窝重和初生个体重分别提高4.92%(P〈0.05)、4.83%(P〈0.05)、13.58%(P〈0.01)和8.27%(P〈0.05),都为3组最高水平。综合考虑,母猪在妊娠前期按92%前期基础饲粮投喂量+8%车前草(按风干量计)饲喂,妊娠后期按96%后期基础饲粮投喂量+4%车前草(按风干量计)饲喂,改善母猪生产性能的综合效益最佳。
For the study of effect of green herba plantaginis on production performance of pregnant sows,this test adopts single factor randomized block design which were selected 150 head healthy sows of the close body condition and the varieties of consistent in 0 d pregnancy stage.The sows were divided into 3 groups randomly, each group of 10 repeats and each repeat of 5 sows.The basal diet of pregnant sows is divided into preparation of the 0 d to 90 d early pregnancy and the 91 d to the birth late pregnancy stages.The diet are made of corn and soybean meal basal diet.The control group was fed basal diet of early and late pregnancy stage.The test group 1 was fed the diet of 92% early basal diet add to 8% herba plantagins(dry meter,the same below) in early pregnancy stage and the diet of 96% late basal diet add to 4% herba plantagins in late pregnancy stage.The test group 2 was fed the diet of 96% early basal diet add to 4% herba plantagins in early pregnancy stage and the diet of 98% late basal diet add to 2% herba plantagins in late pregnancy stage.The resuhs showed the sow which fed green herba plantaginis decreased the rate of sow constipation significantly(P〈0.01),improved the value add of backfat thickness greatly,improved reproductive performance greatly.Compared with the control group, the constipation rate of test 1 group of sows decreased 80.74%(P〈0.01) and 81.63%(P〈0.01) respectively in the early and late pregnancy satge and it were the lowest level of 3 groups;the early and late period and total pregnancy stages" value add of backfat thickness increased 67.25%(P〈0.01),40.87%(P〈0.05) and 53.94%(P〈0.01) respectively and it were the highest level of 3 groups;the litter size,the survival rate of newborn piglets,litterweight of birth and birth weight were increased by 4.92%(P〈0.05),4.83%(P〈0.05),13.58%(P〈0.01) and 8.27% (P〈0.05) and it were the highest level of 3 groups.Comprehensive consideration, the production performance of the test sows which fed the diet of 92% early basal diet add to 8% herba plantagins in early pregnancy stage and the diet of 96% late basal diet add to 4% herba plantagins in late pregnancy stage were improved optimal comprehensive benefits.
