聚羧酸系减水剂大单体双键保留率碘值法的测定

Determination of the Double Bond Retention Rate of Polycarboxylate Based Superplasticizer Macromonomer With Iodine Value Method

研究了聚羧酸系减水剂大单体双键值的碘值法测定,论述了溶剂加入量、溴酸钾-溴化钾溶液加入量、静置时间等对测定结果的影响,不同的实验条件会产生不同的结果。通过实验确定了碘值法测定大单体双键值的最适宜操作条件,并对其准确度和精密度进行了测定。

The determination of the double bond retention rate of polycarboxylate based superplasticizer macromonomer by iodine value method was studied, and effects of solvent dosage, amount of potassium bromate-bromide and standing time on the measurement results were discussed. Different experiment condition caused different result. At last, appropriate operating conditions were determined. The accuracy and precision of the determination method were also analyzed.
