摘要 研究了FCP-1催化剂对PTA尾气的催化燃烧性能。FCP-1催化剂对PTA尾气具有良好的催化燃烧活性,在反应温度280℃,PTA尾气的转化率可达98%以上,出口净化气中非甲烷总烃和苯满足国家排放标准;反应空速从23 000 h-1增加至50 000 h-1,FCP-1催化剂的活性基本保持不变,出口非甲烷总烃<60 mg/m3,苯≤6 mg/m3:甲苯未检出;500 h的催化剂稳定性试验运行期间,出口非甲烷总烃<60 mg/m3,苯<7 mg/m3,甲苯<10 mg/m3。 The performance of FCP-1catalyst for catalytic combustion of PTA tail gas was studied. The results show that FCP-1 catalyst has a good activity for catalytic combustion of PTA tail gas; the conversion rate of PTA tail gas is over 98% under the reaction temperature of 280℃, non-methane total hydrocarbon (NTHC) and benzene contents of exit gas can meet national emission standards. When the space velocity increases from 23 000 h-1 to 50 000 h-1, the activity of FCP-1 catalyst remains unchanged; in the exit gas, NTHC 〈60 mg/m^3, benzen≤6 mg/m^3 and toluene is not detected. During 500 h stability experiment, NTHC of exit gas is less than 60 mg/m^3, benzene is less than 6 mg/m^3 and toluene is less than 10 mg/m^3.
