滩海地段管道补口及阴极保护测试系统设计

摘要 由于滩海地段土壤中含盐量高,电阻率低,腐蚀性很高,钢质管道补口及阴极保护测试系统尤为重要。结合唐山液化天然气外输管道(以下简称唐山LNG)工程论述了滩海地段管道应采取的不同于一般地段的补口方式及智能电位系统设计方案,提出了在现场补口施工中出现的问题,分析原因,提出了解决方案。并根据工程实践,提出了滩海地段管道在阴极保护设计中应注意的其他问题。 Because of high salt content, low resistivity and high corrosive of soil in the offshore area,steel pipeline joint coating and cathodic protection test system are particularly important. Taking Tangshan liquefied natural gas pipeline project as an example, the joint coating method and intelligent potential system design scheme for the offshore area pipeline were discussed, the problems existing in the construction of the joint coating were put forward, the reasons were analyzed, and the solutions were put forward. According to the engineering practice, points for attention in cathodic protection design of the offshore pipeline were put forward.
