摘要 针对传统汽车轮速检测存在的缺陷和不足,设计了一种基于图像处理技术的汽车轮速检测系统。采用CCD高速工业相机实时采集贴有特征线的汽车车轮图像信息,将采集到的图像实时发送至上位机;再利用图像处理技术对采集到的图像进行滤波、边缘检测等处理;最后利用曲线拟合求出连续两帧图像特征线的夹角,解算出汽车轮速。实验结果表明,该系统实时性好、可靠性高、通用性强、易于安装,具有很高的推广价值。 To overcome the defects and deficiencies in conditional automobile' s wheel speed detection system,a new wheel speed detection system based on image processing technology is designed.High-speed CCD cameras are used to shoot vehicle wheels which have a characteristic line respectively and transmit the images to computer in real-time.The upper computer is used for filtering and edge detection for the images by using image processing technology.The characteristic line' s angle of two consecutive frames is calculated by the curvefitting method.At last,the wheel speed is calculated.Experimental results show that the system has good realtime performance,high reliability,strong commonality,great promotional value,and is easy to install.
