群控电梯目的层调度系统的设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对现有群控系统在呼梯和调度上存在的候乘梯时间不明确、客流量分配不合理等弊端,提出了一种基于多目标调度算法和RS485多主从模式通讯技术的新型群控电梯目的层调度系统.该系统以德国奔克公司的bp304主板为电梯主控制系统,以群控模块为数据处理核心,以迪文公司的触摸屏为目的层呼梯装置,以轿厢通讯板为电梯运行状态收集器搭建而成.实验证明,新型群控系统能够明显改善系统的呼梯和调度性能. Aiming at some disadvantages which refer to the uncertain riding time and the unreasonable passenger flow distribution on the calling and the scheduling of the existing group control system,this paper proposes a new elevator group control system based on the multiobjective scheduling algorithm and the RS485 multiple master-slave mode communication technology.The system uses the Germany bp304 board as the elevator master control system,the designed control module as the data processing core,the touch-screen as the calling device of the destination and the car communication board as the collector of the elevator operation state.The experiment proves that the new group control system can improve the performance of the calling and the scheduling significantly.
