摘要
以台州一电子垃圾拆解区作为研究对象,对区域内土壤中20种多氯联苯(Polychlorinated biphenyls,PCBs)同系物的残留现状及分布特征进行分析,同时计算类二噁英PCBs(DL-PCBs)的毒性当量水平,并对PCBs污染带来的非致癌和致癌风险进行评估.结果表明:储存点土壤中∑20PCBs的质量分数范围是71.68-379.77ng/g dw,且以四氯和五氯等低氯代为主;根据7种DLPCBs的毒性当量(TEQ),计算得到∑WHO-TEQ的平均质量分数为0.450ng/g,具有相当高的毒性风险;土壤PCBs暴露对成人和儿童的非致癌风险水平分别为4.91-17.88和45.82-166.87,均超过了可接受水平,致癌风险水平也超过可接受限值10-6,都将对当地人群带来巨大的健康危害.
An e-waste dismantling region in Taizhou was selected as our research object,and the residue status and distribution characteristics of 20 kinds of PCBs homologues in soil taken from there were analyzed,simultaneously the toxic equivalent(TEQ)concentration level of DL-PCBs were calculated,and the non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks from PCBs contamination were also assessed.The results showed that the levels of total PCBs in soils varied from 71.68to379.77ng/g dw,and Penta-PCBs and Tetra-PCBs were the largest contributors.According to the TEQ level of DL-PCBs,the total WHO-TEQ was up to 0.450ng/g,with a high risk of toxicity.Non-carcinogenic risk caused by PCBs exposure for adults and children were 4.91-17.88 and 45.82-166.87,respectively,which both exceeded the acceptable level.Moreover,the carcinogenic risk levels here were also exceeded the acceptable limits(10-6). Noncarcinogenic and carcinogenic risks would bring tremendous health hazards for the local population.
