摘要
针对某沿海电厂一起变频器整流单元短路故障事故,分析得出母线铜排凝露的产生是引起本次变频器短路的主要原因,讨论了凝露对变频器的影响机理,给出了预防凝露的措施,指出只要保持变频器柜体内部温度始终高于外部环境温度,即可防止变频器柜体内部发生凝露,降低突发事故风险。
Based on the short-circuit fault accident of a inverter rectifier unit in a coastal power plant, this paper analyzed that the condensation generated by bus bar copper bar was the main reason to cause inverter short circuit this time, and discussed the condensation influence mechanism to inverter, providing measures to prevent condensation. It is pointed out that the inverter cabinet internal condensation would be prevented, only if the internal temperature of inverter cabinet is kept higher than external environment temperature, which will reduce the accident risk.
