摘要
采用等离子热喷涂技术以3种工艺参数在Q235钢基体上制备了Al2O3-13%Ti O2涂层。分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、超三维景深设备(VHX-1000)、扫描电镜(SEM)和Image-Pro Plus软件对以不同功率获得的涂层的相组成、表面微观形貌、组织结构和孔隙率进行了分析。结果表明,随着喷涂功率的增大,涂层中α-Al2O3相向γ-Al2O3相的转变逐渐增多。此外,涂层的孔隙率由1.6%降低到0.38%;涂层表面微裂纹有减少的趋势。
Al2 O3-13%TiO2 ceramic coating was prepared on Q235 steel by plasma spraying technology at three types of process parameters.The phase constituent,surface morphology,microstructure and porosity of the Al2 O3-13%TiO2 coating were investigated by XRD,VHX-1000 super depth-of-field 3D system,SEMand Image-Pro Plus software.The results show that more α-Al2 O3 phase will transform to γ-Al2 O3 phase with the increase of spraying power.In addition,the porosity reduced from 1 .6%to 0.38%,and the surface microcracks tended to decrease as the spraying power becomes greater.
