摘要
分析了氯乙烯单体在精馏过程中产生自聚的现象,分别就低沸点塔、高沸点塔在使用过程中的特点进行了分析,同时结合生产实际制定了相应的应对办法,通过比较生产现状,确认产生自聚的主要原因是由精馏系统含水引起的,通过增加聚结器使系统含水得以除去,有效地减少了系统自聚现象,提高了精馏装置的生产能力。
According to the self polymerization of vinyl chloride is analyzed in the distillation process, analyzes the characteristics of low boiling tower, high boiling tower in the using process. At the same time with the actual production to formulate corresponding measures, by comparing the production status, the final confirmation from the main reason of polymerization is caused by the water distillation system, by increasing the coalescer make waste water system can be removed, thus effectively reducing the system self aggregation phenomenon, improves the rectifying device production capacity.
