摘要
介绍了国内千万吨级矿井的开发现状,指出优越的外部建设条件、合理的井田划分是建设千万吨级矿井的基础;在总结大量千万吨级矿井设计的基础上,将该类矿井设计归类为神东、平朔等模式。神东模式在采煤方法上采用大采高综采工艺,主运系统采用大运量长距带式输送机、辅运系统采用无轨胶轮车;平朔模式则为露井联采,通过科研试验,突破性的在浅埋深、两硬条件下实现了放顶煤开采。最后,对未来千万吨级矿井设计的关键技术进行了初步的展望。
The development status of domestic lOMt capacity coal mine was introduced, pointing that superior external construction condition and rational mine field division are the foundation. Designs on lOMt capacity coal mine were summarized, and classified as Shendong mode, Pingshuo mode, etc. In Shendong mode, high cutting fully mechanized coal mining was adopted, heavy - load long - distance conveyor was selected for the main transportation system and trackless rubber tire vehicle was selected for the auxiliary transportation system. In Pingshuo mode, open - underground mining process was applied, top coal caving was realized under hard roof, hard floor and shallow buried depth. Finally, the key technology of design on future lOMt capacity coal mine was expected.
