摘要
以"推广矿井风机节能应用"为出发点,针对"叶角进级、单级运行、变频设计"三种技术改造方法,从整理的矿井资料中列举案例,进行可行性分析,补充、完善了原资料技术论证的不足,并探究节能效果与发展方向。论文叙述了风机不同叶角进级的节能对比、存在问题、发展趋势;总结了"风机单级运行效率偏低",可能导致工序电耗不合格;通过风机变频调速的技术、经济论证,对该技术的成熟性给予肯定。
To improve the energy saving design, based on operating point distribution of the fan in 42 coal mines, the key of energy saving design was analyzed according to examples of blade angle up - stage, single stage operation, frequency conversion design, etc. The energy saving designs were compared, the development trends and existing problems were summarized. And the blade angle up - stage was recommended, and according to the low efficiency and large power consumption of single stage operation, techno - economic comparison should be fully implemented to improve the energy saving effect ; frequency control was the development direction of fan energy saving.
