摘要
根据神华集团神东矿区商品煤装车工作的需求,设计了一套货运列车车底物质检测与识别系统,在装车前采用激光扫描技术进行车底残留物体体积检测,利用可见光摄像头,拍摄车底物质视频,根据物体纹理、颜色判别物质种类,并利用摄像头拍摄火车侧面视频进行车号识别,从而完成车箱底部残留物质识别和体积计算,提高煤炭等物料的装车效率。
Based on the requirement of commercial coal carriage loading in Shendong mining area, a matter detection and recognition system of freight train carriage was designed, using laser scanning to detect matters in carriage, visible light camera to identify the matter according to the texture and color; and the carriage number was recognized by another camera. The matter recognition and volume calculation was realized, and the loading efficiency was improved.
