摘要
对山西晋丰煤化工有限公司闻喜分公司3×105 t/a NH3合成系统装置工艺设备落后及能耗较高的问题进行了分析,叙述了近几年进行的相应技术改造工作,通过改造方案的合理设计,提出具体的改造措施。最后通过改造前后系统的效益评价,说明了已有效地解决了装置能耗较高的问题。
Analyzes the problems of backward pro cess equipments and high energy consumption of the 3 ×105t/a ammonia synthesis system of Wenxi Branch of Shanxi Jinfeng Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,describes the corresponding technological transformation work carried out in recent years,and proposes specific transformation measures by the rational design of transformation program.Finally,the benefit evaluation of the system before and after transformation shows that the problem of high consumption of the devices has been effectively solved.
