回顾了《天津市绿化条例》起草制定过程,介绍了天津市在依法建绿依法管绿方面的制度设计与制定背景,分析了该条例的鲜明特色。
The drafting process of Tianjin Greening Ordinance was retrospected.The system design and background of building green and management green according to law in Tianjin were introduced.And the distinctive characteristics of the ordinance were analyzed.
