摘要
采用问卷调查、电话核查和现场核查等方式,调研了广东省某市餐饮垃圾的产生、收运和处理现状;检测了餐饮垃圾的物理组分和理化特性;阐述了该市餐饮垃圾处理技术选择的原则、方式、技术和规模等;分析了餐饮垃圾处理处置和管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的管理对策。
By means of questionnaire,telephone verification and on-site verification,the status of food residue generation,collection,transportation and treatment in a city of Guangdong was investigated.The physical components and physicochemical properties of food residue were tested.The selection principles,methods,techniques and scale of food residue treatment technology were expounded.The existing problems in food residue disposal and management were analyzed.And the management countermeasure was put forward.
