摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验相结合的方式,对吹脱法处理北方某垃圾填埋场渗沥液中的氨氮进行研究,考察了pH、吹脱时间、曝气量及原液浓度对氨氮脱除的影响。结果表明:单因素试验确定的适宜范围为pH11.0-11.5、吹脱时间150-180 min、曝气量5.50-8.25 L/min,而正交试验确定的最优组合为pH11.0、吹脱时间180min、曝气量8.25 L/min。在此条件下,氨氮浓度大大降低,可进入后续生化处理系统进行处理。
The air stripping method was adopted to treat ammonia nitrogen in waste leachate from a waste landfill site in the North with the combination of single-factor test and orthogonal test.The effects of pH,stripping time,aeration,and initial concentration on the removal performance of ammonia nitrogen were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate conditions determined by single-factor test were that pH 11.0-11.5,stripping time 150-180 min,aeration 5.50-8.25 L/min,while the optimal combination of pH,stripping time,aeration determined by orthogonal test was 11.0,180 min,and 8.25L/min respectively.On that condition,the subsequent biochemical treatment system can be processed with the decrease of ammonia-nitrogen concentration of waste leachate.
