摘要
根据海淀区生活垃圾收运模式特点,以收运系统运行成本最小化为目标,兼顾不同备选转运站的选择决策、垃圾清运目的地决策以及车辆分配决策,并考虑了转运站及填埋场的容量限制,以及员工工作时间限制等约束建立了转运站选址-密闭式清洁站分配-车辆分配优化模型。采用启发式算法,以MATLAB软件平台进行编程计算,确定了选址较优方案,并对转运站规模提出建议、对作业队的负责清运的密闭式清洁站作业任务作出调整。
According to the characteristics of domestic waste collection and transportation mode in Haidian district,in order to minimize operation cost of collection and transportation system as the goal,taking into account the selection decision of different alternative plan,destination decision of waste transportation,and allocation decision of vehicles,and considering the capacity constraints of waste transfer station and waste landfill site,as well as work-hours constraint of employees,the optimization model of transfer station location,closed cleaning station distribution and vehicle allocation was built.Using heuristic algorithm,based on MATLAB software platform for programming calculation,the optimal plan for transfer station location was determined.And the suggestions for the capacity of waste transfer station were put forward,the adjustments for the task of closed cleaning station taken charge by operation team were made.
