摘要
采用D380大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂从某铀矿高浓度含磷萃余水中回收钼。结果表明:吸附时间30min,每g干树脂的吸附容量为248mg;采用80g/L NaOH溶液进行解吸,解吸时间40min,钼质量浓度峰值为60~80g/L,钼和磷解吸率均大于99%,铀的解吸率超过80%。
Macropore weak base anion-exchange resin D380 is employed to extract molybdenum from raffinate phase with high concentration phosphorus of one uranium mine.The results show that when the adsorption time is 30 min,the saturation adsorption capacity of molybdenum is 248mg/g.80g/L NaOH solution is used as elution reagent.When contact time of elution is 40 min,the peak concentration of molybdenum is 60 to 80g/L and elution rate of molybdenum and phosphorus is over 99%,and elution rate of uranium is over 80%.
