某铀矿石添加MnO_2高温氧化焙烧预处理及其浸出回收试验 被引量:3

摘要 对某铀矿石添加MnO2高温氧化焙烧预处理,以及用强碱性树脂D235吸附处理浸出液和淋洗效果进行了研究。试验结果表明:添加2%~5%(与矿石质量比)MnO2在550℃氧化焙烧能够有效改善矿浆的过滤性能和浸出效果;每mL湿D235树脂吸附铀容量达到56.17 mg;淋洗剂为2.05 mol/L NaCl和0.1 mol/L H2SO4,停留时间60min,淋洗3倍床层体积时,淋洗效率为99.2%。 The effect of addition of manganese dioxide into the ore and oxidizing roast pretreatment on acid leaching of uranium by agitation method as well as leached solution by strongly alkaline ion exchange resin D235 adsorption and elution experiments were studied.The experimental results show that:1)leached slurry filtration property and uranium leaching efficiency of acid leaching can be greatly improved by adding 2%-5% MnO2 into the ore at 550 ℃ oxidizing roasting;2)saturated capacity of wet resin D235 can reach to 56.17mg/ml in high acidic leached liquor;3)composition of elution reagent is made of 2.05mol/L NaCl and 0.1mol/L sulfuric acid,elution contact time is 60 minutes,and elution efficiency is 99.2% by 3bed volume number elution.
