论新型城镇化背景下农民工就业能力的提升

Promotion of employability of migrant workers under the background of new-type urbanization

阐述了就业能力是促进农民工市民化和推进新型城镇化的关键,分析了当前农民工的就业状况及其就业能力的提升困境,并从政府、企业、农民工自身和城市社会等方面探讨了提升农民工就业能力,促进新型城镇化发展的对策:政府要着力打造提升农民工就业能力的制度平台;企业要勇于承担在提升农民工就业能力方面的社会责任;农民工要提高自我增能意识以提升就业能力;城市社会要提升包容性以增强农民工对城市的适应能力。

Employability is the key to promote the citizenization of rural migrant workers and boost the new-type urbanization. Meanwhile the current employment status of migrant workers and the difficulties to improve their employability are analyzed,coming up with the countermeasures in four aspects such as government,enterprises,migrant workers themselves and urban societies. Accordingly it is proposed that government forge an institutional platform to enhance the employability of migrant workers,enterprises take social responsibilities for improving the employability of migrant workers,migrant workers themselves increase self-enhancement awareness,and urban societies be more inclusive thus to increase migrant workers’ adaptability.
