基于ELES模型的福建省城镇居民食物消费需求研究 被引量:11

摘要 运用ELES模型对福建省城镇居民食物消费需求边际倾向、消费结构等方面进行详细分析,结果发现随着人均收入的提高,肉禽、水产品、瓜果类等高营养食物消费逐渐增加,边际消费倾向较高,而油脂、粮食、蔬菜等基础型食物边际消费倾向较低,说明福建省城镇居民食物消费结构正逐步改善;最后提出调整食物生产结构,树立"大食物"新观念,增加动物性食物供给;大力扶持林下经济发展,提高居民收入;建立区域间食物流通机制和农产品价格监管机制;保障食物生产用地需求,稳定食物供给等建议。 ELES model is applied to analyze the marginal propensity and consumption structure in urban residents’ food consumption demands in Fujian Province. According to the results,with the per capita income increasing,the marginal propensity to consume of meat,poultry,seafood,fruits and high-nutrient foods is higher than oil,grain,vegetables and other basic types of food. Food consumption structure of urban residents in Fujian Province is gradually improving. Meanwhile,it is proposed to adjust the production structure of the food and foster the new concept of food,and increase the supply of animal food; to help the development of forest economy to increase the residents’ income; to build the inter-regional food circulation system and agricultural products price supervision system; to safeguard the land demand for food production to secure stable food supply.
