中小城市和小城镇发展的经验借鉴与路径探索

The Developmental Experience for Reference of Development of Small and Medium-sized Cities and Small Towns

中小城市是优化城镇化空间布局的主攻方向,小城镇是优化城镇化空间布局的重要平台。在进行简要的文献述评后,提出福建城镇化空间发展的总体战略,分析中小城市和小城镇在城镇化空间布局优化中的坐标、定位;根据赴重庆、四川、浙江的实地调研情况,凝练3省(市)发展中小城市和小城镇的主要做法及成效经验;设计促进福建中小城市和小城镇改革发展的思路对策,以期对福建优化城镇化空间布局和形态、推进新型城镇化建设有所裨益。

Small and medium-sized cities are the main field to optimize the spatial layout of urbanization,and small towns are important platforms of urbanization spatial layout optimization.Based on a brief literature review,this paper firstly puts forward the overall strategy of the urbanization spatial development in Fujian province and analyzes the coordinate and positioning of small and medium-sized cities and small towns in urbanization spatial layout optimization,and then extracts the main methods,experience and effects of developing small and medium-sized cities and small towns in Chongqing,Sichuan and Zhejiang based on a field research.Finally the paper designs countermeasures to promote the reform development of small and medium-sized cities and small towns in Fujian in order to optimize the urbanization spatial layout and promote the construction of new urbanization.
