摘要
莱考夫根据始源域的不同把概念隐喻分为三类:实体隐喻、结构隐喻和空间/方位隐喻。根据这三类概念隐喻对英汉爱情概念隐喻进行了对比分析。这不仅有助于我们更好的理解英汉爱情概念隐喻,也丰富了英汉语言文化对比研究。
Conceptual metaphor is classified into three categories by Lakoff according to different source domains and target domains：ontological metaphors,structural metaphors and orientional metaphor/spatial metaphor.In this paper,the comparison and study of metaphors for love in English and Chinese are analyzed according to the three categories of conceptual metaphors,which not only helps us get a better understanding of English and Chinese conceptual metaphors,but also enriches the cultural contrast between English and Chinese language studies.
