摘要
针对煤矿装备再制造工艺流程中的清洗工艺,提出了一种面向煤矿装备零部件的特定清洗工艺流程,构建了以PLC为控制核心、基于超声清洗方式的绿色清洗系统,并对触摸屏操作界面进行了组态设计;以乳化液泵曲轴清洗工艺为例,介绍了该系统的现场应用情况。实践表明,该系统清洗可靠性高,去污效果显著,清洗成本较低,降低了对环境的污染。
For cleaning technic during remanufacturing process of mine-used equipment,a specific cleaning technical process was proposed for mine-used equipment.A green cleaning system was established based on control core of PLC and ultrasonic cleaning mode.In addition,operation interface on touch screen was designed by configuration software.Field application of the system was introduced taking cleaning process of crankshafts of emulsion pump as an example.Practice shows that the system has advantages of high reliability,significant cleaning effect,low cleaning cost and few pollution of environment.
